Claim Compensation

The Ministry of Justice will shortly publish its detailed proposals for the handling of small personal injury RTA claims

The Ministry of Justice will shortly publish its detailed proposals for the handling of small personal injury RTA claims. It is intended that the new process will become law in October 2009. As market leaders in the personal injury field we shall be taking a close interest in these developments.

The credit hire market is developing all the time and we intend to keep brokers aware of major developments in this important sector as they arise.

We have completely revised the content of our personal injury training sessions to include the latest legal and market developments including CFAs, legal expenses (BTE and ATE), costs, market trends and the MOJ proposals.

In addition to many brokers, these sessions have been delivered to local insurance institutes and are available free of charge to groups of 2 upwards. A full breakdown of the content is available on request. If you have not already done so, contact Bernard Thornton to book your session.

We are always interested in talking to brokers or their clients about their claims requirements, whether they be general or specific. We have access to legal and medical specialists so if we cannot help directly we will almost certainly know someone who can!
