We provide a personal injury service to anyone with a legitimate claim.
Contrary to popular belief, it is not necessary to use the solicitor recommended by an insurer. Indeed, many of our clients think it makes sense to deal with a representative who has no connection with an insurer who is involved in the incident.

- arrange a personal visit with the client at a time and place that is convenient for them, including evenings and weekends
- complete all paperwork on their behalf, explaining the procedures in simple terms
- arrange for the legal work to be undertaken by a specialist solicitor from our approved panel
- remain on hand throughout the duration of the claim to assist as required
- have a proven record of successful claims
- Public and products liability claims
- Employers Liability incidents, where the injured party has no legal representation. Where liability has been accepted, there is an increasing trend for insurers to insist upon proper legal representation for the claimant
- Claims against uninsured or untraced drivers
- Criminal injuries compensation. Many people simply do not realise that this facility is available to victims of assault
Who are we?
The directors are Paul Moran, Associate of Chartered Insurance Institute(ACII) and Bernard Thornton, Fellow of Chartered Insurance Institute (FCII), who both have over 30 years experience in the insurance business. We have a team of insurance trained staff, working under the close supervision of the directors.
Where necessary, we can call on specialists such as the legal profession or accident investigation experts. We have representation throughout the country.
We were established in 2001. The 2 directors saw a gap in the market for a quality, face to face personal injury and loss recovery service. Whilst much of the company's work comes by recommendation from insurance brokers or previous clients, the service is freely available to the general public.
